1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between Ibex3D and its customers for 3D printing services. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
2. Orders and Quotes
Every order begins with a quote request via our online form or email. Ibex3D undertakes to respond within 4 business hours. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of the signed purchase order and payment of the agreed deposit (usually 50%).
3. Pricing
Prices are in Euros (excluding VAT). VAT is applied at the rate in force on the billing date. Rates depend on:
- → Part volume and geometric complexity
- → Chosen printing technology (FDM, Resin)
- → Selected material and finishes
- → Desired production lead time
4. Files and Customer Data
The customer is solely responsible for the quality of 3D files (accepted: STL, OBJ, STEP, 3MF). Ibex3D reserves the right to refuse non-compliant files. Customer files are treated strictly confidentially and never shared with third parties.
5. Production Times
Lead times in quotes are indicative and start upon receipt of deposit and validated files. Ibex3D will inform the customer of any significant delays.
6. Delivery
Parts are shipped via partners (Colissimo, DHL, etc.) to the customer's address. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Risk transfers upon delivery to the carrier. Damage claims must be made to the carrier within 3 days.
7. Returns and Complaints
Complaints must be written within 7 days of receipt. Ibex3D will reprint defective parts if the fault is ours. No returns without prior written agreement. Custom parts are non-refundable except for manufacturing defects.
8. Liability
Ibex3D is not liable for customer use of produced parts. The customer guarantees files do not infringe third-party rights (patents, copyright).
9. Applicable Law
These T&Cs are governed by French law. Disputes will be settled amicably if possible; otherwise, courts in Ibex3D's head office jurisdiction have sole authority.
