1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Ibex3D and its customers in the context of providing 3D printing services. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
2. Orders and Quotes
Every order starts with a quote request via our online form or by email. Ibex3D undertakes to respond within 4 working hours. The quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
The order is confirmed upon receipt of the signed purchase order and payment of the agreed deposit (generally 50% of the total amount).
3. Pricing
Prices are quoted in euros excl. VAT. The applicable VAT is that in force on the invoicing date. Pricing takes into account the following parameters:
- → Volume and geometric complexity of the part
- → Chosen printing technology (FDM, Resin)
- → Selected material and requested finishing
- → Required production lead time
4. Client Files and Data
The client is solely responsible for the quality and compliance of the 3D files provided (accepted formats: STL, OBJ, STEP, 3MF). Ibex3D reserves the right to refuse any non-compliant or technically non-printable file.
Client files are handled with strict confidentiality and are never shared with third parties.
5. Production Lead Times
Lead times indicated in the quote are given as a guide and run from receipt of the deposit payment and validated files. Ibex3D undertakes to inform the client of any significant delay as soon as possible.
6. Delivery
Parts are shipped via partner carriers (Colissimo, DHL, etc.) to the address provided by the client. Shipping costs are borne by the client and are indicated in the quote.
Risk transfers upon handing over the parts to the carrier. In the event of damage upon delivery, the client must raise reservations with the carrier within 3 days.
7. Returns and Claims
Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the parts. In the event of a confirmed defect attributable to Ibex3D, we undertake to reprint the defective parts at no additional charge.
No return will be accepted without prior written agreement from Ibex3D. Custom parts cannot be refunded except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
8. Liability
Ibex3D cannot be held responsible for the use made by the client of the parts produced. The client guarantees that the files provided do not infringe third-party rights (patents, copyrights). Ibex3D accepts no liability for non-compliant use of printed parts.
9. Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of the jurisdiction of Ibex3D's registered office will have sole jurisdiction.
